Precautions when ordering products
- All products of Roxine Studio are handmade products and are produced after order payment is completed. production process takes up to 7-10 days.
- After production is completed, the delivery process is started immediately.
- All products may have different looks depending on the monitor display options.
A/S policy
- For a/s inquiries, please use the customer board on the homepage.
-Your jewellery can have free repair for 6 months from the date of delivery after confirming the warranty period.
- When sending a product, you must enclose a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 won
Exchange and Refund Policy
- In case of product defects or damaged, apply for an exchange on the purchased site within 24 hours from the day you receive product. However, if products have any defects or damaged due to customer's carelessness or products with signs of use exchange can be rejected.
- Exchange by simple change of mind is accepted within 24 hours, and the name and contents(reasons) of the person should be required. Also, the product should arrive to the head office within 5 days.
- The simple change of mind is not refundable. Also, due to customer's carelessness defects and damaged products, and products with signs of wear may be difficult to exchange.
- Simple exchange is only possible once, and customer will have to charge for the delivery fee.
Storage precautions
- Due to the nature of the metal, it may discolour or gloss may disappear due to exposure to various environments. In this case, use a silver cleaner to wipe products gently with a soft cloth. If you wipe it too hard, the plated part may come off, so please be careful when you wipe.
- The best way to prevent discolouration is to keep all jewellery in a closed state such as a zipper bag or pouch.

- roxine studio 의 모든 제품은 핸드메이드 제품으로 주문결제 완료 후 제작에 들어가며 제작기간 7-10일 정도 소요 됩니다.
- 제품제작 완료 후 바로 택배사를 통해 배송절차에 들어갑니다.
- 모든 제품은 모니터 사양에 따라 색상의 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.

- a/s 문의는 홈페이지의 게시판을 이용해주시기 바랍니다.
- 제품 구입 후 6개월간은 보증기간으로 확인 후 무상수리가 가능합니다.
- 제품을 보내실때에는 왕복 배송비 6천원을 함께 동봉해 주셔야 합니다.
교환 및 환불 정책
- 제품 불량 및 하자의 경우 상품 수령 후 24시간 내로 구매하신 사이트에서 교환 신청을 하실수 있으며, 고객의 부주의로 인한 파손 및 훼손된 제품, 착용 흔적이 있는 제품 은 교환이 어려울수 있습니다.
- 단순 변심에 의한 교환은 24시간 이내 접수 후, 5일 내로 본사에 본인의 이름과 내용을 적어주셔야 가능하며, 단순 변심에 의한 환불은 불가능 합니다. 또한 고객님의 부주의로 인한 파손 및 훼손된 제품, 착용 흔적이 있는 제품은 교환이 어려울수 있습니다.
- 단순 교환은 한번만 가능하며 대한 택배비는 고객님이 부담하셔야 합니다.
제품의 보관 주의사항
- 금속의 특성상 시간이 경과됨에 따라 여러 환경에 노출에 대한 이유로 변색되거나 광택이 사라질수 있습니다. 이럴 때에는 실버 클리너를 사용해 부드러운 천으로 살살 닦아 주시면 광택이 살아납니다. 너무 세게 닦을시 도금 되어있는 부분이 벗겨질수 있으니 조심해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 모든 주얼리는 지퍼백 혹은 파우치 등 밀폐된 상태로 보관하시는 것이 변색을 방지하기에 가장 좋습니다.
